Gillman's Ace Hardware

Gillman's hardware store has been around for a whopping 65 years. Which means that it was around when the neighborhood was primarily polish.

The very kind fellow running it is the son of the fellow who owned it before. He has a cool earring. There is a man with thick, incredible glasses who sleeps behind the counter frequently. They are white, I forgot to ask where from because I assumed polish but I'm not sure, and there are also many latinos working there. Everyone is very nice, but then again, I find people in hardware stores are always really wonderful. Except Home Depot.
